Etowah Ridge Apparel LLC ships BabybooJ orders from the United States to addresses in the contiguous U.S. The header offer of free shipping and free returns applies to qualifying orders as shown at checkout. There is no hidden handling fee added after you press Pay now.

Processing

In-stock dresses and separates usually leave Jasper within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on a weekend, or on a U.S. federal holiday begin processing the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

We hand parcels to common U.S. carriers. A tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout. Transit times are estimates; weather and carrier volume can add a day or two.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and international addresses are not supported on babyboosale.xin at this time.

Damage in transit

Photograph the carton and the garment, then email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund once the photos are reviewed.
